Changed your mind? Here’s how returns and exchanges work.
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
How to return
- Make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging and with any seals intact.
- Contact us with your order number to start a return.
- We'll guide you through sending it back and arrange your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain opened beauty and personal-care products cannot be returned unless faulty. Gift cards are non-refundable.
